Shipping Policy

Every INMARK pendant is made to order and deep-engraved specifically for your pet, so please allow time for production before your order ships.

Production Time
Please allow up to 5 working days for your pendant to be engraved and prepared for shipping. This production time begins once payment is confirmed and does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy periods (such as holidays), production may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.

Shipping Time
Once your order leaves our workshop, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) as soon as your order is on its way.

Total Estimated Time
In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within production time (up to 5 working days) plus the transit time for your selected shipping method and destination.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you choose.

International Orders
We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated production and delivery times, occasionally delays can happen due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if your order is significantly delayed.
